Piller's Gypsy Salami 1.8 lbs

Piller's Gypsy Brand Salami is a fine Hungarian specialty salami made of pure pork with a hint of garlic. Gently smoked for 7 days and air dried for a minimum of 28 days. It is delicious in sandwiches, subs, on toast, pizza as well as on its own. It's a great addition to a cold cuts platter.
Ingredients: pork, cure (salt, corn syrup solids, dextrose, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite), seasoning (spices and dextrose), lactic acid starter culture, smoke.
The salami is sold as a whole 1.8 lbs, as it comes from the producer or in 1lbs pieces. Made in Canada. All meat products sold by Taste of Europe are vacuum sealed and carefully packed. We secure them with thermal foil and ice packs.
